Position 1: Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Executive (Sea/Air)

Responsibility:

Business Development: to establish business relationship with domestic trading companies, factories through all possible channels, Oil Equipment transportation preferred.

Business Following-up: to proactively negotiate and fix the deal with the clients, and following up and maintain the cooperation relationship.

Accomplish the sales scheme, and its inquiries, quotations with perfect communication skills, achieve the sales targets

Providing the qualified logistics solutions, improving brand images of the company

Position Requirement:

In possession of import and export forwarding knowledge and market, on-going clients preferred

Pursuit for the high incoming, be passionate to sales, self-learning and initiative

Be extroverted, quick reacting, good expression, skillful especially in telephone communication, and strong affinity

Position 2: Senior Operation (Sea/Air)

Responsibility:

Be responsible for negotiating with the client, accepting orders, as well as the booking, transportation, tracing, customs clearance, and settlement, etc

Be capable to independently operate the import and export shipment, experience of DDU/DDP shipment preferred

To draft the document related to the shipment (sea freight or air freight), input AP/AC into the system, and issue invoices, etc

To provide the documents required by overseas agents and shipment release.

To file the documents

To handle the complaints, arguments, and any other job assigned by the superior

Position Requirement:

Undergraduate or above, major in logistics, international trade, English preferred

3 years working experiences in forwarding and logistics industry, be familiar with the operation procedure, know-how to process the documents and operations of forwarding and trading in details;

Fluent Cantonese speaking and listening, good grasp of office facilities, communication in English preferred

Be customs-oriented, focus on service quality, high efficiency, carefulness, strong responsibility, team working.
